Members of the Academy, who have a need, may request assistance with payment by filling out the appropriate scholarship request. There are scholarships for payment of Membership Dues, Certification Fees, Annual Meeting Expenses, Education Phase fees for Educators, Science and Research, and Med/Nursing Student Scholarships. Scholarship requests are sent to the Financial Officer to present to the Scholarship Committee for consideration.
Members must be actively involved with the Academy to be eligible for a scholarship.
Non-members who have a need may request financial assistance for Membership fees and Annual Meeting fees. Non-members may submit a scholarship request through referral by a Voting Member of the Academy or by an organization that is actively involved with the Academy.
The scholarship eligibility will be determined based on the need and number of applications submitted as well as the annual scholarship budget.
