• To present the intention and behavior assessments and pregnancy outcomes of couples using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System in the Creighton Model Effectiveness, Intentions, Behaviors Assessment (CEIBA) study. • To discuss methods issues, challenges, and solutions in the conduct of the CEIBA study and their implications for practice and future research.
