Submit your Sponsor Message for the 2026 Annual Meeting!
Sponsor Messages are published in the Program Book of the Annual Meeting of the AAFCP. They are messages of greeting and support for the Academy and its work. They are available in a variety of sizes and prices and can be viewed in Past Program Books.
IMPORTANT: Please review the following before submitting your Sponsor Message.
Tax Exempt
Your Sponsor Message is tax-deductible. The AAFCP is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization.
Deadline
June 1, 2026, is the ABSOLUTE deadline. There can be no exceptions.
Please ensure that your Sponsor Message and payments are submitted early to avoid missing the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will be returned.
Greeting
Your message must include “Best Wishes,” “Congratulations,” “Have a wonderful AAFCP meeting,” “Proud to support…,” or a similar greeting somewhere in the message. Messages without a greeting cannot be used, as they conflict with our tax-exempt status.
File Format
Sponsor Messages should be submitted directly online. Art must be re-submitted each year. All art should be submitted in final form, per our designer’s requirements:
- All artwork should be submitted digitally as color, .jpg or .png files.
- All art should be submitted in final form. No alterations will be made by the AAFCP graphic designer.
Ensure that your Sponsor Messages meet all requirements prior to submission to avoid delays or submission rejection. If you have questions about your submission, please contact your Academy Member representative.

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the AAFCP Member Portal member portal?
Please note that the AAFCP Member Portal member portal is to be used by members of AAFCP Member Portal only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by AAFCP Member Portal staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the AAFCP Member Portal member portal are safe and friendly, AAFCP Member Portal staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted.
