Submit your Exhibitor Registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
Exhibitors will have a booth at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and will be able to interact with our attendees July 22-25, 2026. Exhibitors may hold raffles or other contests during the Annual Meeting. Exhibitors will be listed on our Annual Meeting Exhibitors page.
IMPORTANT: Please review the following before submitting your registration.
Deadline
June 30, 2026, is the ABSOLUTE deadline. There can be no exceptions.
Please ensure that your registration and payment is submitted early to avoid missing the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will be returned.
Annual Meeting
The daily Exhibitor's fees do not cover the registration fee for the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals. The registration fee is the responsibility of each individual who wishes to attend any or all of the Annual Meeting.
Exhibitor Booth Space
Once the Exhibitor agreement and payment are received, Exhibitors will be contacted to confirm that their application is accepted and that they will have a space reserved for them at the Annual Meeting. Exhibitors will also be added to the Annual Meeting Exhibitor's page.
Exhibitor Meal Add-on
Exhibitors not attending the conference have the option to purchase an Exhibitor Meal Add-on ticket to receive the meals provided to Annual Meeting registrants. Please see the Annual Meeting agenda to know which meals will be provided.
Swag Bag Sponsors may provide a swag bag item (i.e., pen, notebook, stress ball, etc.) to be included in our swag bag given to all Annual Meeting attendees. Items and literature to be included require Board approval. We will notify the Swag Bag Sponsor of the number of items that need to be provided once registration has closed.

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the AAFCP Member Portal member portal?
Please note that the AAFCP Member Portal member portal is to be used by members of AAFCP Member Portal only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by AAFCP Member Portal staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
